This week on
Friday Baking with Not Quite June Cleaver one recipe is
Simple Brioche. Yesterday I made the brioche to go with dinner. We ended up eating out with friends so most of it was left over this morning. I had no idea what I was shooting for here and don't even know if it looks like it's supposed to. It seemed to be a different way of putting together the dough than I'm used to. It was good but I'm not sure that I would make it again. I'm really enjoying the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and try making something I wouldn't normally pick.

Here's the bread made into French Toast for breakfast this morning.
I know these aren't great picture of food but bear with me as I'm still learning.
